Due to the nature of our products, which are digital downloadable PDFs, we are unable to offer refunds. Once the product has been purchased and the downloadable link has been sent, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We understand that you may want to ensure our lessons and materials meet your needs. Due to the digital nature of the membership, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you are unsure whether a membership is right for you, we encourage you to explore our free resources and content before subscribing. This will give you a preview of the value we offer.
You can cancel your membership subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership benefit until the end of your billing cycle. To avoid being charge for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
